Position:
We are seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician to support pharmaceutical wholesale operations with a focus on compliance, supervision, and inventory control.
No prior drug wholesaler experience required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Support compliance with DEA, FDA, State Board of Pharmacy, DSCSA, NABP requirements
Assist with maintaining licenses and certifications
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with audits
Supervise and train employees
Open, maintain, and manage new and existing manufacturer accounts,
Work directly with Warehouse Management
Support order fulfillment and operational workflows
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years senior pharmacy technician experience
Experience preparing for audits and regulatory inspections
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated warehouse environment
Ability to lift up to [20–50 lbs]
