We are looking for an attentive and responsible candidate to assist with the day to day duties that this job entails.
We are currently seeking for an Office Administrative Assistant to aid us in the following tasks:
· Handling incoming calls and other communications.
· Managing filing system.
· Recording information as needed.
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
· Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
· Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
· Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
· Among other responsibilities.
The requirements are as follows:
· Bilingual (English and Spanish).
· Experience as an office assistant or in related fields.
· Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.). E-mail communication. Appreciated but not required (Photoshop, Shipping Software, Payment Processing Knowledge)
· Warm personality with strong communication skills.
