We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is essential in keeping office functions organized and running smoothly while supporting production, sales, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
Maintain accurate records for customers, vendors, and production jobs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Bi-Lingual- English/ Spanish
Proficiency with Quickbooks required.
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry
Familiarity with invoices, job costing, or production paperwork
Experience with accounting or ERP software
Knowledge of wood truss or lumber terminology (a plus, not required)
Work Environment
Office setting within a manufacturing facility
Interaction with production staff, drivers, and customers
Occasional exposure to warehouses or shop areas
