We are seeking a skilled Division 8 Estimator with strong Technical abilities to support our team.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in doors, frames and hardware scopes.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and comprehensive materials takeoffs.
Conduit takeoffs directly from blueprints.
Review plants,drawings,and specifications to determine scope requirements.
Assist the estimating team with technical insight and analysis.
Support the estimating team with technical insights and analysis.
Coordinate whit vendors and internal teams as needed
Qualifications.
Experience in Division 8 (Doors ,Frames, Hardware) is preferred
Proficiency with excel,and basic hardware /software.
Strong technical and analytical skill.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Organizer,reliable,and comfortable in fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to details and communications skills.
