We are a fast-growing stone fabrication and installation company specializing in luxury countertops, wall panels, and custom stone features. We are looking for a skilled Estimator / Project Manager Assistant with strong technical abilities to support our estimating and project coordination team.
š ļø Responsibilities
Perform takeoffs from architectural drawings and site measurements
Prepare and revise AutoCAD shop drawings for approval and fabrication
Assist with estimates, quotes, and project proposals
Review plans, elevations, and templates to ensure accuracy
Communicate with clients, architects, builders, and vendors
Coordinate fabrication and installation schedules
Track materials, approvals, change orders, and job progress
Maintain organized job folders and project documentation
Support field and office operations as needed
š Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
Ability to produce shop drawings for stone fabrication (required)
Experience doing takeoffs from blueprints (required)
Experience in stone, millwork, construction, or fabrication industries preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Proficiency with Excel and basic office software
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
