Seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations, improve internal systems, and support company growth. This role is essential in building structured processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve and manage inventory accuracy across all systems and locations
Oversee order processing (quotes, invoices, packing slips, POs, delivery confirmations)
Manage drivers and coordinate delivery scheduling
Support daily office operations and customer service flow
Assist with website updates and product accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is a PLUS
Experience with construction materials sales is a PLUS
