Established millwork company in Hialeah is seeking a reliable Administrative & Logistics Assistant to support daily operations, scheduling, and coordination between office, production, and job sites.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and job site schedules
• Support project documentation and internal tracking
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor follow-up
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and field staff
• Support general office administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience (construction or millwork preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
