Job Duties
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff.
Welcome and assist visitors.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and catering arrangements.
Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, UPS.
Assist with general office administration, including ensuring common areas remain organized.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
Some college or technical school
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Qualification
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Skill
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency with computer skills.
