Established law firm is seeking a career minded, self-motivated people-friendly Sunny Isles Beach (must live within reasonable distance) office secretary/receptionist to accommodate the needs of clients and staff. In this role, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, answering phones, opening files, coordinating/setting up meetings, assigning staff to projects, ordering supplies, filing all paperwork, confirming appointments, etc.
