We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! We maintain a fast paced, team oriented environment, and therefore, candidates should be able to work efficiently in this type of setting. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Processing thru building departments
Speak both English and Spanish fluently
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing protocols.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling interviews, and pre-screenings.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members.
Meet & Greet all visitors and clients.
Perform general clerical duties to include; but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Assist management and Sales Assistants.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
