Are you highly organized, creative, and excited about helping grow multiple businesses? I'm looking for a motivated, dependable assistant who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to be part of building exciting brands from the ground up.
I own an interior design firm and I'm also growing a luxury candle brand + have been doing real estate for over 20 years. I'm looking for someone who can help keep everything organized while also contributing creative ideas and marketing support.
**Responsibilities may include:**
* Assisting with candle production, labeling, packaging, and inventory
* Website updates (Wix or Shopify experience is a plus)
* Creating marketing materials and social media content
* Designing graphics and presentations in Canva
* Updating spreadsheets and organizing data
* Assisting with interior design projects
* Knowledge of Architectural Software
* Visiting furniture showrooms and vendors
* Assisting at local markets and events
* Real estate showings
* Administrative support - make calls, answer phones, create documents
* Running occasional local business errands
* Organizing files, documents, and business operations
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Creative eye for branding, marketing, and visual presentation
* Proficient in Canva or photoshop/ illustrator
* Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Google Sheets or Pages, Numbers
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Reliable transportation preferred
* Interest in interior design, branding, marketing, or entrepreneurship is a big plus
**Position Details:**
* Part-time (10–15 hours per week to start)
* Flexible schedule
* Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands
* Hourly pay based on experience
