We are hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for Property Preservation and exterior maintenance work. We are looking for experienced and entry-level workers in the following areas: DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THE PAYMENT TERMS: PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS A NET 30 PAYMENT TERM! Meaning payments will be made 30 days after work is completed.

• General Labor

• Landscaping / Lawn Maintenance

• Interior & Exterior Painting

• Tree Trimming / Tree Removal

• Roofing Repairs & Replacement

Job Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial property maintenance

• Clean and prepare job sites

• Lawn mowing, weed trimming, debris removal, hedge trimming

• Interior and exterior painting tasks

• Roof repairs, shingle replacement, tarp installation

• Tree cutting, trimming, hauling, and storm cleanup

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Operate hand tools and power equipment

• Complete work orders on time

Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Experience is a plus, but willing to train motivated workers

• Must have basic tools (preferred for skilled trades)

• Ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred Experience

• Property preservation

• Construction or maintenance

• Roofing or painting

• Landscaping or tree services

• Foreclosure/property cleanup work
