This job helps protect avocado trees from disease. It is an agricultural position and does not include overtime pay.
Main Duties
Operate equipment such as trucks, tractors, sprayers, and mowers.
Check equipment daily and report or fix small issues.
Clean, oil, and maintain equipment.
Help prepare spraying equipment each day.
Prune trees and remove weeds and vines.
Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
Work safely to avoid damage to trees and property.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
Help with other tasks when needed.
