EventLuxe creates high-end brand activations, experiential events, and luxury furnishing & décor installations. This isn’t a desk job. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and physically demanding work where details matter.
This is a project-based role, meaning schedules vary depending on event timelines. Some weeks are busy, others are lighter. Flexibility and availability during peak times are important.
JOB DESCRIPTION | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
* Setting up and breaking down large-scale event installations
* Handling luxury furniture, décor, and custom-built pieces with care
* Loading, unloading, and organizing equipment
* Assisting with custom builds, structures, and fabrication
* Working on-site under time pressure to deliver polished, high-end results
This job is NOT for you if:
* You need a fixed 9–5 schedule every week
* You avoid physical work or long hours when needed

REQUIREMENTS
*Valid driver’s license
*Must be able to attend an in-person interview
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
* Experience in construction, carpentry, staging, warehouse work, or installations
* Ability to drive a box truck (up to 24 ft)
* Comfort using tools or willingness to learn quickly
