REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of maintenance or property management experience
Strong handyman skills (plumbing, painting, basic repairs)
Experience with routine & preventive maintenance across multiple properties
(inspections, minor repairs, appliance care, and system checks
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle v Strong time management & communication skills
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform inspections & preventive maintenance
Handle guest-related maintenance issues
Coordinate vendors & property access
