Mover Helper – Full Time
Weʼre a professional moving company looking for a reliable Mover Helper. This is a hands-on role
for someone who can handle the physical demands of the job, follow instructions, and support the
team in delivering a high-quality experience for every customer.
If youʼre dependable, detail-oriented, and diligent, youʼll fit in well here.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting furniture with care
● Help properly protect items (padding, wrapping, securing)
● Protect homes (floors, walls, doorways) during moves
● Follow direction from the crew Supervisor on job sites
● Help keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized
● Communicate clearly with team members and management
● Assist with job wrap-up (clean up materials, organize equipment)
Requirements
● Ability to lift 75 lbs consistently
● Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
● Strong work ethic and ability to handle long, physical days
● Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
● Clear communication and positive attitude on the job
● Moving experience is a plus
● Bilingual English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule & Pay
● Full-time, variable hours based on workload
● $17$19/hour + tips (based on experience)
● 1099 Employment
