We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to help maintain and care for our properties. This position involves general property upkeep, handyman repairs, and daily cleaning duties to ensure the properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance around the properties
Complete handyman repairs as needed
Clean and prepare properties each morning
Handle basic repairs such as painting, light plumbing, minor electrical work, drywall repair, and fixture replacement
Keep outdoor areas clean and presentable
Report larger maintenance issues when identified
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Must be dependable and punctual
Maintenance, Repairs and cleaning in Kendall and Miami area,
transportation needed
