We are seeking a full-time Electrician with expert-level handyman experience to join our maintenance team . This position supports ongoing repair and maintenance needs across residential and commercial properties.
Position Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrician
Advanced handyman/maintenance skills, including:
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
Must be able to repair appliances (fridge and stoves)
Drywall repair and patching
Painting and finishing
Door, lock, and hardware repairs
Fixture installation and replacements
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have own tools
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical repairs and maintenance in compliance with code
Complete general property maintenance and repair tasks
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Communicate repair needs and recommendations to management
