Job Summary:
A+ Storage is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept facility. This role is essential to delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring our property is always in top condition.
Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of the property
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Remove trash and keep grounds clean and orderly
• Perform light maintenance (painting, changing light bulbs)
• Dust and maintain office/showroom areas
• Assist with unloading and stocking merchandise
• Drill locks and assist with unit preparation
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and report to management
• Provide friendly, helpful customer interactions
Requirements:
• Ability to work Saturdays (required)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic maintenance skills preferred
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks
