Position: Insulation Installer
Pay: Starting at $17/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $25/hour based on performance and work ethic.
What We Do:
- Install FI-foil rolls on exterior walls
- Install R-19 and R-11 batts on interior walls
- Install R-30 insulation in ceilings
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Construction experience is a plus (but not required)
