GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS:
Respond to service calls for repair and maintenance need.
Handle standard and minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and repair issues.
Always take before and after photos of all needs and work performed.
Have knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing like outlets, switches, lights, toilets, drains, etc.
Have basic knowledge of maintenance and repairs of office and home needs.
Will handle repairs, painting projects, remodeling and general construction tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Able to effectively communicate in English AND Spanish.
> MUST be of legal age and able to legally work in US. We use E-Verify.
> Have a valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen.
> Availability to occasionally travel within Florida would be a PLUS.
> Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls.
> Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects.
> Ability to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues.
> Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed.
> Ability to be flexible with schedule. Some of our work must be scheduled and done after 5PM or weekends when clients are closed.

> W-2 employee position with starting wage of $18.00 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
