We are looking for an experienced Groundskeeper / Property Maintenance person for the interior and exterior maintenance of a residential property.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Requirements:
Experience in residential property maintenance
Valid driver’s license
Own reliable transportation required
Work authorization required
Background check required
Responsible, organized, and trustworthy
Duties may include: BUT NOT LIMITED TO
General exterior grounds maintenance
Interior upkeep and organization
Basic repairs and maintenance
Keeping the property clean and well maintained
Assisting with miscellaneous property-related tasks as needed
