This role requires energy, responsibility, and consistency.
Compensation Structure
• $20 per hour base rate (starting pay)
• + $1 per hour for each active cleaner on your team
After the initial 30-day training period, the leadership incentive becomes active.
As your team grows, your income grows.
With 10–30 active cleaners, total compensation can reach $40 per hour.
This is a strategic leadership position within the company.
Your performance will directly impact team growth, service quality, and long-term company development.
