Responsibilities include:
Drywall repair and installation
Carpentry work
Basic electrical repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
General make-ready and turnover maintenance
Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a handyman or in a similar role
Strong skills in the trades listed above
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
Solid work references and a proven track record
