We are a small crew that works hard and works well together. I am looking for someone who can lead this crew and potentially take over as the companies supervisor with quarterly bonuses available based on performance.
We service high end residential homes and some commercial properties as well.
Applicant must have reliable transportation to cutler bay and be willing to work on Saturdays when needed.
Requirements: experience with driving truck and trailer tandem, zero turn mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, edgers, hand sprayers, weed eaters, and other landscape equipment.
duties include: equipment operation, landscape maintenance, picking up debris, weeding, raking, mulching, shoveling and digging, trimming, and other duties as assigned and typically found in landscape maintenance operations.
Daily tasks mainly focused on lawn maintenance with monthly tree trimming and/or landscape installation.
Position pays $16-$19 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
Opportunity to receive a higher pay after completing 90 day probation and demonstration of skill level and productivity.
