KSP Construction is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Window Installer with strong knowledge of window bucking and waterproofing. This is a full-time position for a dependable, skilled worker who can operate efficiently in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
-Window bucking and framing preparation
-Waterproofing (flashing, sealing, WRB integration, etc.)
-Assisting with window and door installations
-Following project specifications and directions accurately
-Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
-Proven experience in carpentry and window work
-Strong understanding of bucking and waterproofing methods
-Own tools required
-Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
-Ability to follow directions and take initiative
-Valid driver’s license and working vehicle preferred
-Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
