Join 8Fleet as a W-2 employee shuttle driver. You'll drive a company-provided vehicle, complete scheduled routes, and earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits — with zero out-of-pocket vehicle expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be eligible to drive on the Uber platform (not banned)
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Prior experience driving full-size vans
- Available to work weekends
- Expectation of 20 to 28 hours per week
- Must pass a background & motor vehicle check
- Clean driving record required
- Fluent English communication skills
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable ride experience
- Safely transport passengers while following all traffic laws
- Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and passenger-ready at all times
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and city knowledge to minimize wait times
