Construction Solution Products is a leading company specializing in Demolition, Shell Construction, Concrete Cutting, and Coredrill.
We are seeking one highly qualified professional capable of performing two key roles within our projects:
👉 Project Manager
👉 Safety Technician (OSHA 30)
This individual must have extensive experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills to efficiently oversee multiple projects while ensuring full compliance with jobsite safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage Demolition, Shell Construction, Concrete Cutting, and Core Drill projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management and clients.
• Lead and motivate field teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Verify PPE use and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety records and deliver toolbox talks.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Proven experience in Demolition, Shell Construction, Concrete Cutting, or Coredrill project management.
• Strong technical knowledge in Shell Construction.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – MANDATORY.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• OSHA 30 Certification (Construction).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must provide proof of completed studies/certifications in the U.S. (or equivalent).
• Previous work references required for verification.
