• Strong attention to detail and the ability to visually identify print quality issues such as color shifts, streaking, or misalignment.
• Basic computer skills, including comfort working with files, folders, and PDFs.
• Ability to learn and follow production workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (paper jams, sensors, consumables).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift paper boxes (typically 40–50 lbs.).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple print jobs and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with deadlines.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with prepress, finishing, and production staff.
• Willingness to learn digital press operation, color control, and print finishing processes.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic, including willingness to work overtime during peak production periods.
• English-speaking or bilingual is a plus.
The pay range for the position depends on experience and is between $15–$19 per hour.
Job schedule: The candidate must be flexible with the schedule because the training will take place in the morning for several weeks until the employee is fully trained to perform the job independently. After that, the shift will be the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Monday to Friday - Weekends as a needed.
