Coleman 16' x 10' oval pool 42" deep, stairs are extra. Bought 1 year ago, now were moving and don't need it. Pool lists for around $400 now. Also put 3/4" rubber gym 24 x 24 tiles ($120 cost), tarp ($25) and Geotech fabric ($65 cost for weed prevention) under pool. Pool pump stopped working $65 to replace (letting whomever buys pool purchase pump they want, many options). $40 for rubber tiles and tarp.

Pool stairs are custom built for this pool with landing on top. Stairs are $300 in addition to pool. Material cost of stairs was around $350, labor took a day with staining so do the math at hiring a carpenter to do it. Treads are composite like Trex, railing is movable to swing down but can be permanently screwed up.

Great pool, we loved it but new house has in ground.
