As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and leading by example. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Leading and motivating team members to achieve performance goals.
- Managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper workflow.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Supporting management with inventory control and operational reporting.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
