Position Overview
We are seeking professional, guest-focused Security Guards who bring strong team energy and a welcoming presence. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to safety, thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and are interested in long-term growth within a career company.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers
Welcome guests with professionalism and positive energy to enhance overall guest experience and encourage repeat business
Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned post rotations
Enforce venue policies, procedures, and safety standards consistently and respectfully
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
De-escalate situations calmly and professionally when necessary
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities
Must present a polished, professional and well-groomed appearance with a warm, welcoming and approachable demeanor.
Asset protection including but not limited to monitoring our guests and staff, company
Property and safeguarding our brand and reputation at all times.
Incident report writing with a focus on detailed clarity, accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong team mentality with a positive, professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy or high-pressure situations
Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
Prior security or hospitality experience is a plus (training provided)
