We’re hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team specializing in Mediterranean & Spanish Food and Tapas. Fast paced, detail oriented, hands on role preparing plates with authentic Mediterranean & Spanish flavors and high quality presentation.
Responsibilities
Prep, cook and plate Mediterranean tapas dishes to recipe and quality standards
Maintain consistent portioning, timing and plating for busy service periods
Work assigned station(s) efficiently during service (cold station, hot line, grill, fry, etc.)
Follow food safety, sanitation and HACCP standards
Assist with receiving, inventory rotation and basic prep as needed
Communicate clearly with work team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service
Keep workstations clean, organized and stocked
Requirements
2+ years’ professional kitchen experience, ideally in tapas, Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine or similar
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, braising)
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality during rushes
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
Team player, punctual, reliable, positive attitude
Able to work flexible shifts, nights and weekends
