We are looking for a talented Lead Cook with a strong background in Mediterranean & European tapas cuisine who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a cook (lead or line)
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean / Tapas
Experience with seafood, charcuterie, and small plates preferred
Ability to lead kitchen operations and maintain high standards
Team player with great attitude and attention to detail
Passion for food, presentation, and consistency
Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen line during service
Ensure quality, timing, and consistency of all dishes
Support menu execution and daily specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
Collaborate with management and team
