looking for an experienced General Manager to join our growing team in Miami, Florida.
We are a dynamic craft beverage company focused on innovative fermentation techniques and high-quality artisanal products. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated leader to oversee our daily operations and production activities.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and oversee daily brewery and beverage production operations
* Supervise and manage staff schedules and performance
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Coordinate inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operations
* Train, mentor, and develop team members
* Maintain operational records and reporting systems
* Work directly with the Executive Director of Operations to support the company’s growth
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Brewing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 5 years of experience in beverage production or brewing
* Previous management or supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of fermentation and production processes
* Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English (French and Spanish is a plus)
Preferred Experience:
* International beverage or brewing operations experience
* Experience scaling production within a growing company
* A strong combination of technical production knowledge and business leadership
