Duties
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery in a fast-paced environment

Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet established standards
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
Enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service
Supervise shift operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management to foster a motivated team atmosphere
Experience
Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management practices
Experience in banquet catering, dietary department operations, and food service management
Familiarity with inventory management systems and food handling safety standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse culinary team
Prior experience in restaurant management or catering services is highly desirable
