Meatbar is seeking a polished, professional, and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our hospitality team. We are looking for someone who understands elevated service, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Position: Fine Dining Server
As a Fine Dining Server at Meatbar, you will be responsible for providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a high-end restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable guiding guests through the menu, offering recommendations, communicating with the kitchen and management team, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality from greeting to farewell.
This position requires confidence, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced dining room.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specials, and preparation methods.
Guide guests through the dining experience with thoughtful recommendations.
Accurately take orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Maintain proper table service standards throughout the meal.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Work closely with management, hosts, bussers, runners, kitchen staff, and bartenders.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the dining room.
Handle guest concerns with patience, discretion, and a hospitality-first attitude.
Qualifications:
Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant serving experience required.
Strong knowledge of professional service standards.
Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong menu knowledge and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Wine, cocktail, or steakhouse experience is a plus.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
