ROLE SUMMARY (Barback):
The Barback will provide personalized and immaculate guest service and an elegant dining experience by anticipating and providing for all guest needs/requests. They will be responsible for making sure the bar is fully stocked, cutting garnishes, and clearing away and washing all glassware. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented, and encourage a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks.
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.

ROLE SUMMARY (Server Assistant):
The Server Assistant will provide personalized and immaculate guest service and an elegant dining experience by anticipating and providing for all guest needs/requests. They will assist in cleaning and resetting tables as well as maintaining cleanliness in common areas of the restaurant. The Server Assistant will also work with servers on all aspects of service as required. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment. Open availability is preferred.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate the needs of customers and other team members.
- Assists servers with food &beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, condiments, and bottled beverages.
- Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
- Responsible for keeping the back of the restaurant clean and organized.
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory and proper condition of equipment and operating supplies.
- Communicates with management, and all other service staff regarding all customer needs comments or incidents.
- Cleans all spills immediately and notifies other staff members about potential hazards.
- Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid FL Certified Food Handlers card is required upon hire.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
