Mamma Mia Ristorante Italiano is looking for an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven bartender to join our growing team.
We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant known for authentic cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, an extensive Italian wine list, and exceptional guest service.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Recommend wines, cocktails, and after-dinner drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Follow all alcohol service, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Process guest payments accurately using our POS system.
- Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required (restaurant experience preferred).
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
