We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program serving an inner-city, low-income community in the Miami area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is culturally responsive, highly organized, and passionate about supporting children and families.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education leadership
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
Experience working in an inner-city and/or low-income school setting
Knowledge and hands-on experience with ESH Food Program
Proficient in Brightwheel (attendance, billing, parent communication, documentation)
Experience with ELC School Readiness accreditation and compliance
Strong marketing and enrollment growth experience
Thorough knowledge of Florida childcare licensing regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily school operations and supervise staff
Ensure compliance with licensing, ELC, and food program requirements
Build strong relationships with families and community partners
Manage enrollment, marketing efforts, and parent engagement
Maintain records and reporting using Brightwheel
Support staff development and high-quality classroom practices
