I am looking for an experienced and licensed process server in the Miami, FL area who offers stakeout and surveillance-based service.
At least 5 prior attempts at personal service through a national provider have failed over the past 18 months. The defendant is actively evading service at a residential address near SW 98th Ave in Miami. Family members at the residence act as gatekeepers and alert the defendant when a server arrives. Standard knock-and-wait approaches have not worked.
A dedicated stakeout approach is needed to serve divorce documents filed in New York State Supreme Court, Suffolk County.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
A process server who can conduct multi-day surveillance at or near the residence, serve the defendant when he exits or returns by vehicle, vary times of day across attempts, and provide an affidavit of service upon completion. I can provide full case details, court documents in PDF format, vehicle descriptions with plate numbers, and a photograph of the defendant for identification.
