Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Assist walk-in customers with purchases and questions
Support daily office operations and organization
Follow up with leads and help close sales
Process orders, invoices, and maintain customer records
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Previous office or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, data entry)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
