Job Description
We are a growing dental laboratory seeking a motivated and personable Dental Lab Outreach Representative to help expand our presence within the local dental community.
This role focuses on in-person visits to dental offices to introduce our laboratory, build professional relationships, and convert new offices into active accounts by securing their first case submission.
This is a field-based position, ideal for someone who is comfortable visiting offices, communicating confidently with dental teams, and following up consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dental offices in the assigned local area to introduce our dental laboratory
Present our services, turnaround times, quality standards, and support
Build and maintain relationships with dentists, office managers, and staff
Follow up with offices to encourage submission of their first case
Track visits, contacts, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with the lab team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
Represent the lab professionally at all times
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary
Monthly performance bonus based on results
Commission for new accounts and cases generated
Gas and mileage reimbursement for all work-related driving
Earnings increase based on performance and ability to bring in new active accounts
Requirements
Reliable transportation and ability to drive locally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-ups
Previous experience in dental, medical, or field outreach is a plus (not required)
