Luxury-Custome Home Builders is seeking for a highly experienced CONSTRUCTION PROYECT MANAGER to oversee the initiation to close of multiple Custom Home construction projects, capable of working with vendors, tracking inventory of equipment and materials, workers, home owners while ensuring quality, timely delivery, with knowledge on permits and regulations. Spanish and English is a must.
Qualifications
• Strong interest or experience in construction, remodeling.
• Must be a good leader who can motivate workers and subs to start and finish the job, as needed.
• Open salary and benefits to be discussed.
• Reliable work habits, including punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and, when needed, home owners.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
• Be ready to work.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience building houses in Miami-Dade & Broward counties.
• Fully bilingual: Spanish and English
• Ability to read and interpreter blueprints
• Must be able to work long hours, when needed.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Miami area.
• Must have experience in Home Construction in the Miami-Dade and Broward County areas.
