A buyer will likely have $200k into this boat before they can enjoy a beautiful yacht with new equipment of their choosing. The average price for this size/age/style sailboat is near $300k -- and that is for one with generally average equipment, not new equipment of choice. This can be considered a project boat, but one with excellent potential to justify consideration. Diesel Perkins 120 hp motor needs replaced , I have a duplicate motor to put back in it. would not let her go but it’s a project I’m just not gonna get to it, mechanic special swing keel only draws 5 foot draft. She need some love and attention.
