Its a project boat, but its also turnkey. You could literally board the vessel and go out in the water and start having fun, and take care of everything that needs doing in time. None of the work restricts its ability to immediately go cruising.
The hulls are dry and sound. No structural work required. Boat is dry. The interior is "all there" and the boat is habitable but needs interior finishing. Needs your love, money and time.
