I purchased this boat in 2008 in the Turks and Caicos the keel was damaged on a reef but it did not take on water. I Had the boat yard repair it stronger than new and sailed it throughout the Bahamas for almost a year then to my home state Mississippi for a while then moved to Florida keys I have used it as a residence for myself and visitors for years. Unfortunately I have let the boat go and it needs TLC the boat has 5 foot draft 14.5 beam, a like new 16,000 marine AC a 2000 watt heart inverter 100 amp charger, 11 gallon water heater, 150 gallons freshwater tanks 53 gallons diesel(full) in mast furler and roller jib, 2000 lb lewmar windless, the yanmar diesel fires right up and transmission shifts fine but the oil pan needs to be changed as it is steel and has a oil leak, The headliner had damage from water and I removed it, to discover it was just some missing screws on the deck where I had removed a cover to work on instruments. I have a brand new roll of the exact match headliner vinyl that goes with the boat, the other thing that needs to be repaired is the bottom of the rudder needs to be repaired from a grounding, it is very superficial not bent or anything but a days work in the boatyard. The sails are in good shap with the exception of the sacrificial material in mainsail needs replaced. If I was younger and not so busy like when I bought the boat, I would finish it up, but my times become very valuable and I need to use my dock for something else. There are boat yards within 10 miles of here or one could it out of the canal and sail it either Atlantic or golf to somewhere their choice.
