This is a high-speed, motorized machine designed for the rapid sealing of thermoplastic bags. A continuous band sealer works by moving bags along a motorized conveyor belt. As the top of the bag passes through the machine, it is gripped by teflon bands that carry it past heating blocks to melt the plastic, and then through cooling blocks to solidify the seal. Unlike a manual impulse sealer, this machine allows for a non-stop workflow.
