Front Desk Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Answer phone calls and retrieve messages from voicemail and forward to appropriate personnel.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Receive, sort, and route mail.
• Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
• Prepare Documents as needed.
• Assist all company areas with administrative duties as assigned.
• Keep control of office organization and supplies orders.
Computer Skills:
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point.
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate accurately and clearly orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
