We are looking for a bookkeeper to assist the Controller and CPA for a Property Management and Real Estate Development Company.

Requirements:
• Full time (Monday to Friday)
• Hour 9:00am to 5:00pm
• The office is located in North Miami Beach
• Must speak and write English fluently with proper grammar, Spanish a plus
• Bookkeeping experience required
Primary Tasks:
• Manage and handle all company accounting transactions
• Work directly with company Accountant to answer client calls, handle mail, relay messages and assist with client requests
• Assist controller with vendor payments
• Assist controller with bank deposits
• Create and manage all invoices for clients, owners and suppliers
• High volume of data entry and payments
• Gather all invoices and update all files
• Work directly with company Accountant to generate payments, keep record of all accounts, make financial reports, company projections and monthly/ yearly closing reports
